What is clark bar?

The Clark Bar is a candy bar that consists of a crispy peanut butter and crispy rice wafer covered in milk chocolate. It was created by David L. Clark in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1917. The Clark Bar was one of the first American candy bars to achieve nationwide distribution and popularity.

In 1999, the Clark Bar was acquired by New England Confectionery Company (NECCO), which continued to manufacture the candy bar until 2018 when the company went bankrupt. The rights to the Clark Bar were then acquired by Boyer Candy Company, who resumed production of the candy bar in 2019.

The Clark Bar is known for its unique combination of flavors and textures, with the creamy peanut butter and crispy rice wafer complementing the rich milk chocolate coating. It remains a popular treat for many candy lovers across the United States.
